Ces brebis viennent de Petite Terre<\/em>, ferme situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Le Dourn, pr\u00e8s de Valence d’Albigeois. En agriculture biologique, et sous mention Nature & Progr\u00e8s<\/em>, Chlo\u00ebn et Jordy Van den Akker sont \u00e0 la fois paysans-boulangers et \u00e9leveurs. Il cultivent un m\u00e9lange de bl\u00e9 de pays, qu’ils transforment \u00e0 la ferme en farine puis en pain. Ils \u00e9l\u00e8vent des brebis et produisent de la viande d’agneau vendue en colis, que l’on peut notamment trouver \u00e0 l’AMAP d’Albi dans le quartier de la Madeleine !<\/p>\n
